I was super skeptical about renting through VRBO as I've had only bad experiences where the unit was completely misrepresented. This experience and condo was absolutely perfect! The unit has obviously just been renovated and was spotless. Super comfortable ( especially the beds and linens) and outfitted with every amenity one would need. Mae, PJ and John were terrific to deal with, from accommodating last minute travel plans due to weather, stocking our fridge, arranging housecleaning, recommending outfitters for rentals and activities and ensuring our entire stay was perfect. Having stayed at the three top hotels in Aspen on prior trips,this was truly better than staying at any hotel, given the personal and attentive service provided, the spacious accommodations for a family and convenient downtown location.
