Newly renovated, this first-floor, one-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium features an open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and beautiful views of Aspen. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a new gas range. This unit also features air conditioning, which is mounted in the living room and cools the entire unit. Durant Condos are only two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen.
Please note the Durant property does not have an elevator. Guests will access this top-floor condo via stairs.

Complex amenities at the Durant Condominiums include an on-site heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor grill, on-site laundry facilities, and free on-site parking.
