This is a beautiful new 3 bedroom flat with oak hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy with comfortable furniture, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet. This wonderful new first level condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with Sliding doors that lead out onto your own balcony for outside dining overlooking the North Hills of Ashland. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom and smart TV. Second room has queen bed with smart tv. The third room has a twin trundel bed and smart tv. This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to the popular Shakespeare Festival. With tons of boutiques, both local and well-known stores, antiques, parks, galleries, fabulous restaurants whether for happy hour or fine dining, bakeries, local micro brews and pubs, coffee shops... just about everything for an enjoyable visit to Ashland . This Ashland house is an absolute gem. It’s incredibly cute, thoughtfully decorated, and feels warm and inviting the moment you walk in. The location is a huge highlight. It’s perfectly walkable to downtown, making it so easy to enjoy Ashland’s shops, restaurants, and theaters without needing to drive. This lodging was perfect for us! The location was just right, close enough to the theatres to walk but also far enough that we got a little exercise.The beds were comfy, the flat had lots of amenities -- everything we needed.There were a couple minor issues, which I mentioned to the owner -- and a few minutes later, a couple very friendly guys came by and fixed both issues in about five minutes. Next time we're in Ashland, we'd love to stay here again!
