After a day of outdoor adventure or city fun, retreat to the Penthouse as your private sanctuary. The studio-style suite is accessible by walking up two flights of stairs with a private entrance for complete guest privacy. Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, induction stovetop, and microwave, perfect for simple meals or longer stays. Step outside to a private balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation, where you can enjoy fresh mountain air and long-range mountain views. The bathroom features a decadent, moody design with deep colors, a spa-like rain head shower, ample storage, and plush towels for added comfort. In the sleeping area, a king-sized bed with a cozy down comforter sits beneath large windows that fill the space with natural light. Perfect, little oasis in West Asheville that is brand new, extremely clean, offers a great view, privacy & short drives and/or walks to the city’s activities, restaurants, bars & shops. The hosts were wonderful with clear instructions, available for any questions/concerns & willing to replenish any small items in the room that ran out. We can’t say enough good things! My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you to Victor & Hannah for a wonderful place to stay!

What an amazing stay over Thanksgiving! The Penthouse West is brand new, beautifully appointed, clean and very comfortable. The mountains views are exceptional…felt like staying in the mountains with the convenience to all things Asheville.. we visited The Biltmore, Grove Park Inn, Downtown, West Asheville restaurants/shops, etc. The owners are very responsive to questions. We loved the privacy…much better than staying in a large hotel. We would HIGHLY recommend staying here and hope to do so again!!!

From start to finish, our stay at Penthouse West was perfect! Check-in was straight forward. The space itself is impeccably decorated, and all of the appliances and fixtures were brand new! The touch of providing some spectacular albums on vinyl to enjoy was great. We were within walking distance of fun bars and restaurants, and an easy drive to the Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Truly can't say enough good things! Victor and Hannah were very accommodating and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend!
