The best thing this hotel has going for it is that it’s clean. Our room was spotless, and we appreciated that. Unfortunately, several other aspects of our stay were disappointing. We could hear the road outside all night, which made it difficult to sleep. When we first checked out the pool, it was being cleaned, and the chlorine smell was very strong. We planned to come back later that evening, but when we did, the walls of the pool and hot tub had a green film on them — which made us decide to skip swimming altogether. The worst part of our stay, though, was the bed. Both my husband and I woke up with sore backs because the mattress was so uncomfortable. If cleanliness is your top priority, this place might work for you. But if comfort matters most, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The rooms are very spacious and great bathrooms with lots of counter space. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers and all of our stuff. Everything looks clean and up to date. Conveniently located, friendly staff. Only cons are the shower temperature fluctuating and homeless people nearby, but that is common around the city. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Every staff member I talked to was friendly and helpful. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and she happily gave me those. My room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was handicapped accessible with a roll in shower. It had been redone recently. Clean and extra big. Would definitely stay there again.

The room and service was good, but our bike was stolen off our car during the night! They didn’t seem to care at all. The person at the desk said she would tell her manager! Said manager never came to talk to us. I understand it wasn’t their fault, but the manager could have at least said something to us! We waited 2 hours for the police to come! They never did, unfortunately. We ended up doing a phone report!
