There was a truck parked in the back parking lot under our window. For the entire 3 night stay, they played loud music and were drunk in the parking lot. The hotel staff did not take care of it. Also, when we first arrived at the hotel, there was a strong small of marijuana in the lobby and in the hallway to our room. Will not recommend this as a good place or a safe place to stay.

The rooms were dated but clean. We took our grandson there for his 9th birthday and he and his 4yo brother loved the swimming pool and hottub. I would go again.

Hallway smelled of THC room had a musty type of smell. Front desk was not very pleasant or helpful when I came in with my bags it felt as though they were talking about me, even if they were not, I felt like they were and that is not good customer service.

Great location!

We stay here a few times a year when we’re in the area overnight. Not a fancy place or anything, but a very nice middle of the road accommodation. The place is always clean, the service is excellent, the breakfast is good, and they are very proactive if there are any issues.

Staff was wonderful and customer service was excellent. Housekeeping staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Biltmore village was still being restored following Hurricane Helene, sad to see. However, there will be more stops and restaurants closer than downtown when restoration is complete. Downtown was very convenient and only 10 minutes away. Loved our stay at Baymont and would stay here again in the future.

It was very clean and you could smell the cleanliness of the facility as soon as you walked into the Hotel. Bed was very comfortable!! Hot tub and pool area was clean and amenities was a perfect! Breakfast was even still hot and plenty of when I walked down @8:00 (ends @ 9)
