The room is old and outdated. The curtains were ripped and falling off some hooks, the faucet and shower handle were completely loose with no caulking (there is probably mold behind the walls from no caulk), no hair dryer in the room, I couldn't even watch any TV (couldn't get more than 3 channels) the mini fridge was wobbly and barely cold. I got my sandwich out and it was warm the next morning. I had to through it out because it had turkey on it. And the attempt at paint matching, doesn't match. I was not happy with the stay at all.

I was bitten by bed bugs. The manager/owner stated he was going to follow up with me in regards to his findings and compensation for my experience. I haven’t heard from him. I’m highly allergic to them which makes the experience unbearable.

Check in was great. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room-walls and doors needed to be clean. My biggest complaint, they told my son he couldn't take any breakfast out of the area. When i went and down and made sure to take food in front of them and no one said anything to me. Breakfast was included and thats what i paid for. Dont pick on people who cant defend themselves.

The king bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The bathroom needed some repairs. The shower head was partially detached from the wall, hanging loose on one side. There was little or no water pressure in the sink faucet. The floor of the tub was slippery.

It was okay.

The door knob was broken, tub kicked in and someone’s soap was left twice. The lady up front was super sweet and tried to get the housekeeping to do better but the second night she came and cleaned our bathroom herself. The soap was left both day and trash wasn’t taken after she put in for a full service. Otherwise she was helpful and hopefully the bathrooms will get cleaned better.

Was one of the only options in the area, but was really sketchy. The others staying at or around the property made my family feel uneasy. The hotel itself ok, but was noticeably dirty in several places in the room.

Not happy at all, drove up from Florida for a wedding. After being on the road for 9hrs. They check us into a dirty room with dirty wash rags hanging from the shower rod, a wet bathroom floor & an unmade bed. Then when my husband goes to ask for a different room, the lady tried to make it seem like it was his fault for checking into a dirty room. Disgusting.

All that needs to be said is there were bed bugs in our room! We did not stay and asked for a refund, which they said they would make but it is still up to Expedia to issue it. That has not happened yet. Don’t book through a third party if you can avoid it!
