Located halfway between the seaside village of Palau and the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park, just 2.5 km from a sea of incomparable beauty, Villa Ileana is immersed in a private park, a true Mediterranean garden, an environment of pristine naturalness of about 10,000 square meters. among meadows, flowers, tall trees and Mediterranean maquis consisting of cistus, helichrysum and broom. All usable in total exclusivity and in the safety of a completely enclosed perimeter.

The view of the sea, of the islands of Caprera and La Maddalena and the sea of the Emerald Coast frame it.
In the large enclosed garden surrounding the house, you can easily meet some specimens of the local fauna, such as birds of prey and jays.
The garden is full of trees and therefore shaded, and is a safe place for your children to play.

Perfect place for peace and amazing views

We had a week at Villa Ileana and it's a beautiful place. The first thing that struck us was the silence - no cars or other noise, just perfect peace. The villa was lovely with nice furnishings and very clean. The terrace with amazing views out to Caprera was such a relaxing place to sit with a morning coffee. The gardens are well maintained, spacious and very pretty with lots of flowers. We all loved the pool which is quite new. The owners do live on site next to the pool but they were very discrete and the pool is for your private use. Also worth noting that air conditioning is payable locally which we hadn't known. The nearest shops are in the towns and worth taking some basics with you eg bread, milk, olive oil, coffee. We did receive some welcome provisions from Ileana too. She was very helpful despite our lack of mutual language! She lent us sun umbrellas for the beach (essential in august when you'll be lucky to get a rental bed unless you're on the beach very early). Also good for going to the less commercial beaches. Overall we had a lovely week exploring the beaches and villages of the area and would happily return to this beautiful villa.

Wunderschönes Haus mit ein paar Abstrichen.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt und haben die tolle Atmosphäre in und um das Haus genossen. Die Villa empfängt einem mit einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Madalena Insel, schon allein das ist es wert dort Urlaub zu machen. Allerdings ist der Weg zum Haus auch sehr Atemberaubend.Die letzten 900 Meter verlässt man das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz und muss über eine nicht befestigte Staubpiste mit Schlaglöchern, zum Teil in Schrittgeschwindigkeit, fahren. Zu den umliegenden Ortschaften wie Arzachena und Palau braucht man da schon gut 20 - 30 Minuten. So wird es schwer morgens frische Brötchen zu holen. In der Fewo Beschreibung steht davon nichts. Das sollte erwähnt werden. Auch steht dort unter der Kategorie Umgebung dass die nächsten Strände sich höchstens 1,7 Km entfernt sind. Dies ist aber nur über Luftlinie zu erreichen. Das Haus steht in einem fast schon botanischen Garten, sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Das Highlight ist der Pool. Mit toller Aussicht und zur alleinigen Nutzung. Die Gastgeber wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück, halten sich aber sehr diskret zurück. Die Komunikation ist allerdings etwas schwierig weil nur Italienisch gesprochen wird. Das Haus selbst ist sauber und im Sardischen Stil eingerichtet. Es ist mit ein paar Abstrichen gut ausgestattet. Z.B ist keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden sondern nur die für Italien typischen Mocca Maschinen. Auch dass so grundlegende Dinge in der Küche fehlen wie Zucker, Salz, Spüli, Reinigertabs ist etwas schade. Denn solche Dinge muss man dann als Touri in so großen Mengen kaufen wo die Hälfte nach dem Urlaub dann zurück bleibt. Auch könnte man im Bad in neue Abfalleimer und Klobürsten investiert. Bei Ankunft sind die Betten frisch bezogen und es steht jedem Gast eine Garnitur Handtücher und ein Pooltuch zur Verfügung. Wenn man diese bei einem 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt frisch haben möchte, muss man selbst waschen und an dem Tag ohne Handtücher und Bettwäsche auskommen. Besser wäre es, es stünde eine zweite Garnitur zur Verfügung dann ist man nicht so an dem Waschtag ans Haus gebunden. Es steht kein Trockner zur Verfügung. Was noch erwähnenswert ist, ist dass das Haus nicht ans öffentliche Wassernetz angeschlossen ist. Das heißt das Wasser ist für Kaffee und zum Kochen geeignet aber nicht zum Trinken und für Eiswürfel. Nichts desto Trotz hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und hätten wir uns auf diese Dinge eingestellt wäre es ein noch schönerer Urlaub geworden.

Ein kleines Paradies mit traumhafter Aussicht

Villa ileana ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum Erholen. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Lage traumhaft und der Garten mit Pool paradiesisch. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und hoffen dass wir bald wiederkommen können.

Schönes Haus auf paradiesischem Grundstück

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut geschnitten und liegt auf einem sehr großen, paradiesischem Grundstück, absolut ruhig gelegen (nach Palau fährt man knapp 20 min). Die Sicht auf Küste und Umgebung ist umwerfend, auch vom schönen und sehr gepflegten Pool aus. Der Garten ist toll angelegt, incl. Barbecue- und Lounge- Ecke. Wir konnten toll entspannen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Patrizia hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert. Einziger negativer Punkt ist das sehr schwache W-LAN, das dringend verstärkt werden sollte.

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette superbe maison. A 20 minutes de Palau, 15 minutes d’Arzachena, la maison est idéale si on veut être au calme et se balader dans la région. La vue depuis la maison est époustouflante , la piscine très belle et ensoleillée et la maison confortable. Accueil très sympathique
