Good location, a short walk downhill to Porto Cervo centre and 20 minutes drive to some of the best Costa Smerelda beaches. Spacious rooms and patio, well maintained pretty gardens and views over the town and bay. Lovely clean shared pool that you usually have to yourself in a quiet complex of villas. Plenty of furniture indoors and outdoors and everything you need in the kitchen. TV with Italian channels and apps to connect your own Prime or Netflix account. Aircon in bedrooms but not lounge or kitchen. Marketed as traditional Sardinian decor which is clean and tidy, but actually dated and lacking some minor maintenance. Hard rickety beds. It is really due for complete refit and contemporary modernisation. Hence overpriced even at Porto Cervo prices.
