Traumhafte Lage und fußläufiges Cafe und Bäcker und gutes Restaurant am Meer Carport für Fahrzeug vorhanden aber nicht nutzbar. War aber nicht schlimm da gute Parkmöglichkeit auf der Strasse direkt am Haus.

Seaside villa with pool in quiet Bentley

Villa Calme is a well equipped villa about 50 metres from the sea with three double bedrooms and a newly refurbished pool in its own gardens. Floor to ceiling sliding doors onto the living area make an excellent open plan arrangement with dining and sitting inside and out. Useful utility room with washing machine and dishwasher in kitchen. Three good double bedrooms and an ‘office’ / nursery off main bedroom. Two shower rooms. Betlem is a quiet residential area.

Maison bien située mais...

Cette maison est idéalement située dans un cadre calme et agreable mais le logement manque d'entretient. Un gros rafraichissement serait plus que necessaire ainsi qu'un traitement contre les fourmies dans la maison. A l'éxterieur, la piscine doit être refaite car la mosaïque est cassée en grande partie et le portail doit être réparé (impossible de se garer à l'intérieur).

Underbart läge o bra planlösning. Men huset behöver en dem omfattande renovering o uppfräschning. Ventilation i badrum, avlägsnande av trägolv, fönsterfix, borttagande av myror, genomgång av luftkonditionering, poolfix etc. wi-fi slutade fungera. Behöver prissänkas så länge.
