Perfect outdoor area to relax in the grandiose 16m x 6m saltwater pool equipped with a diving board and surrounded by 6 sun loungers where you can tan under the Mallorca sun, there are also 3 umbrellas for those who prefer shade. Grandiose gardens where you can enjoy outdoor games, it also has a wide variety of games for children such as trampoline, children's playhouse, ping pong... Large porch with a table for 6 people where you can enjoy outdoor meals and a chill out area to relax. For barbecue lovers, in the outdoor area you will find the large stone barbecue.



Very spacious interiors with a large dining room connected to the outdoor area and an American kitchen characterized by its grandeur and comfort, thanks to its culinary elements and its proximity to the dining table for 6 people.



The rooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses for quality rest, one of them located on the ground floor with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other two rooms are on the first floor, one of them with two single beds and another with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the property, you will find a total of three bathrooms, two with bathtubs and one of them with a shower and a toilet. In one room, there is a sofa bed for two additional people.

Schöne Finca in Arta

Super Finca mit netten Besitzern wo man einen tollen Urlaub verbringen kann. In ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in Arta. Man hat auch einen schönen Blick von der Finca aus. Der Pool ist sehr groß und mt dem 1 m Brett einfach genial.
