Very well equipped, newly built finca with 14 meter pool, large gas grill, outdoor sofa, daybed and sea view. The finca "Es Murteret" has five bedrooms, one with bathroom en suit incl. Jacuzzi and one with a single bed. The house has 340 square meters of living space, three bathrooms, a kitchen with island, a large living room with wide sliding glass doors to two terraces. The terraces are cornered and covered, see p. d. You have a shady spot or a sun spot at any time of the day. On the terrace in front of the kitchen is the large dining table with 10 chairs, around the corner, past the gas grill and the drinks fridge, there is an outdoor seating area to end the evenings with a glass of red wine.
