O imóvel é arejado, iluminado, tem quase todo tipo de utensílios domésticos, parte elétrica e hidráulica funciona bem. No entanto, ventiladores são péssimos, tive mtos problemas; a mulher que nos recebeu é grossa, sem educação e antipática; interfone não funciona; água para lavas os pés no prédio n tem. Em fim, pelo preço q pagamos MTA coisa poderia melhorar.

Localização ótima! A cinco minutos a pé da Prainha, a quinze do centro e fácil acesso para qualquer local das redondezas. Apartamento bem conservado, limpo e confortável. Bons colchões e travesseiros. Banheiros em ótimo estado. Levei ventilador com medo do calor, mas não seria necessário. Apartamento muito arejado e com ventiladores potentes. Cozinha bem equipada. Minha única sugestão é que providencie um filtro de água. Há suporte para galão e local para compra e entrega de água potável. Eu levei filtro de casa e a economia foi grande Ambiente familiar Juliana, a proprietária, assim como a zeladora Dalva, foram acessíveis e atenciosas. Todas as minhas solicitações foram atendidas prontamente. A Prainha é linda. Acredito que em feriados e alta temporada deve encher muito, mas fui uma semana antes do Carnaval e estava muito agradável. Antes de conhecer o Arraial, eu achava que as fotos enganavam, mas as águas de Arraial do Cabo são realmente transparentes. A paisagem lindíssima é enfeitada pelas gaivotas e um horizonte recortado por montanhas, ilhas e navegações. Coisa de filme! Nunca vi tantas tartarugas marinhas! Uma lindeza! Destaque para os passeios em Pontal do Atalaia e Praia do Farol. No Pontal do Atalaia tem que ir cedo, pois só 300 carros são permitidos. O caminho para as prainhas do Pontal já é um passeio que vale a pena pelas paisagens exuberantes e a vista da praia dos Anjos apinhada de barcos. Depois de passar o dia nas prainhas, paramos no Mirante do Pontal na volta com vista para a Praia Grande e presenciamos um por-do-sol maravilhoso! O passeio a barco te leva a Praia do Farol (a praia mais linda que eu conheci na minha vida - 40 minutos na praia), Gruta Azul, a Pedra do Macaco, A Fenda, Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia (40 minutos na praia) e mergulho na Praia do Forno. Indo durante a semana e negociando com antecedência você consegue um bom desconto. Vi gente cobrando até $115,00, mas o preço médio era R$75,00 e consegui fechar por R$50,00. Recomendo o lugar, os passeios e o apartamento. Foi uma viagem perfeita! Obrigada Juliana!
