The property is a great location for the beach and ferry terminal. However, there is no air conditioning, so we found it too warm to sleep. The accommodation is very basic, and there were no staff on site when we visited. There are no tea or coffee making facilities, but there were two small bottles of water in the room. The shower was good, and we had a great balcony overlooking the street.

You cannot beat the location. The rooms were very basic, but were clean and felt safe. Considering the prices being charged in Tenerife at the moment, this place was worth every penny. If I was returning again and looking for bargain accommodation, I would stay here again.
