Beautiful villa with garden, Jacuzzi and sea views
Villa Albe, is a beautiful house with more than 500 meters of terrace and garden, located in the San Lorenzo valley (Arona- Tenerife South). It has been completely renovated in the summer of 2015, and carefully decorated by its owners. The Villa is located just 15 minutes by car from Playa de Los Critianos and Las Américas. 15 minutes by car from Golf del Sur, Amarilla Golf and Golf de Las Américas. 20 minutes from Sur Reina Sofia airport, and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina del Sur located in the town of Las Galletas
The house is south facing, with sea views, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day, with a pleasant panoramic view of the valley and the ocean.
Inside it consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a double wardrobe and a balcony with sea views. Bathroom with shower, mirror, cabinets and hair dryer. Living room-kitchen of 50 m2, with a double sofa bed and the possibility of an extra bed for an adult or a child. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, iron and vacuum cleaner. The living room has a large window with sea views, a dining table with chairs, 1 triple sofa + 1 double sofa, side tables, desk, wardrobe, shelves, TV with satellite channel, and wifii throughout the house.
The 75 m2 terrace has a barbecue and an outdoor sink, table, chairs and a lounge area with sofas. The garden has 225 m2 of natural grass, an outdoor Jacuzzi with views for 5 people, a shower, deck chairs and a parasol.
