We stayed for two nights and the rooms and beds were fine. However, the front desk staff was not good. They did not accurately tell us hours changed for breakfast on Mondays (they ended earlier) even though we arrived on Saturday and left on Monday. Also, the breakfast staff was not good at stocking breakfast and let things run out. Once we arrived ten minutes before the scheduled closing time and the staff had already removed the bread, bagels and English muffins. I asked the front desk staff to report this problem to the manager but she refused and argued with me. She said the breakfast staff was just re-stocking the breads. However, this was totally untrue since they never brought the breads back in to the eating areas after they removed them. Overall. This hotel has decent rooms and facilities but unfriendly, mediocre staff.

We went to this place assuming it will not meet our standard due to its price. However, we arrived with more than what we expect. We arrived with a courteous staff which accommodate quickly for the reservation I made beforehand. The room is also very beyond to what we expected, a well spaced restroom, tv cable access, fast internet WiFi and comfortable pillows (our big pet peeves in hotel standards) We have no opportunity to try their breakfast and other accommodations due to short stay but I highly recommend this place if they want to find a place to stay closer to Tulalip and greater Seattle areas.

The most comfortable bed and quiet room we’ve had in a hotel in about a year. Breakfast could have been a bit better (wet eggs and shut down half hour early). Overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant.
