We stayed for four nights during a heat wave, and the house was always nice and cool. Wifi also worked well. Very comfortable seating in the living room, and the bed was comfortable, too. The bathroom is older, but the shower was nice and hot. Just be careful stepping into the tub; it is slanted and can be slippery. The kitchen had the basics, but if you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might want to bring some of your own utensils like sharp knives. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again in the future.
