The staff was courteous and helpful. However, this did not help with the other problems. Our TV did not work properly and was very frustrating, so we were unable to enjoy the NYE festivities on any local channels. The sheets were thin, and our bathmat was worn. The room was especially dark, even with all the lights on.

We stayed two nights, we were very pleased with everything. Rooms were nice, clean, spacious. Thw only negative was the bed- mattress was a rock and woke up sore. Everything else was great. Great location for the concert.

My brother also had a reservation and when he got there first the clerk checked him in under my name and it created a whole issue when I arrived. Staff was not apologetic at all. Breakfast was limited. No forks at all. Heater/AC unit wasn’t working correctly and bed was hard as a brick

Haven’t been here for a while, but it’s a great place to stay right next to casino place is very clean. Staff is very friendly great complementary breakfast. Highly recommend anyone staying in the area to come stay here.
