Stayed in this hotel for three days the reception staff extremely helpful and I’m very friendly. Our room was ready at 2 o’clock and was lovely and clean.. There’s a beautiful terrace where you can relax, which has a hot tub which was beautiful after a long day walking around. The hotel offers complimentary tea and snacks during the day, In the evening there were free beers and Prosecco between the hours and five and seven, which is a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel lovely location easy to get to the station and to see all the sites Special thank you to the breakfast staff who are very attentive and friendly.

Loved location. However didn’t expect to be in an annexe 150 metres from main hotel. No amenities at all in annexe. Terrace cramped. 4 stars with so few facilities seemed strange.

Since when can you not check out early at a hotel. They charged me for a 4th nite when i checked out early after day 3. They stated 72 hour notice which is hard to do when you only stay 3 days. I feel like they cheated me out of my money and would like you to retrieve it. They were not sold out but they were attimate about it. Tried to talk to the GM but they were never their when i asked several times. Why would you endorse this property and the way they treat people.!!

First of all, we really enjoyed where this hotel was located. It was within the city walls and a quick walk to anything we wanted to go to. We went on a beautiful walk around the walls one morning. The room itself was pretty spacious for three people and well taken care of. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, they parked our car during our stay, helped us to our room, and gave wonderful recommendations. Their breakfast was delicious and provided a wide selection as well and they also provided snacks during the day in the lobby, including beer and prosecco which was an added bonus. Overall really enjoyed our stay here!

My father and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Ilaria in Lucca. It's location and proximity to all that Lucca has to offer couldn't be beat! The service was great and the continental breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

Hotel Ilaria is a nice hotel in the city center of Lucca. Parking available. We had a spacious room in the dependance building across the street. Fantastic bed, very clean bathroom with a good shower. Excellent breakfast and free biles to make a city tour. We will be back

Beautiful, well-located hotel with excellent breakfast. My only quibble was that air conditioning was not available and it was difficult to cool the room below 23 degrees celsius, even with keeping the window open.

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff both at the front desk and breakfast buffet are very friendly. The room is spacious. The breakfast selections are great, especially various delicious cakes, pastries, and variety of fruits. It’s very thoughtful to have a snack bar in the lounge area, which provides convenience for either small breaks during the day or before/after check-in and check-out.
