The room was very nice, however we did NOT appreciate the 2 liter bottle of Coke nor the wrapper that was on the floor between the couch & chair. When I went to the front desk to tell them, he was not really concerned. His comment was “oh, the cleaning staff must have missed it, sorry”. Very disappointed

The heat did not work in our room. It was 58 degrees. We let them know this at check out and no discount or anything we're offered, just a ok I'll let maintenance know. Very disappointed.
