The hotel itself was nice. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was rude and talked down to not only us but also her colleague who was working at the front desk as well. Also, there was some crucial information regarding the airport shuttle that was not on their website. The shuttle service requires a 24 hour notice, so if you are just staying one night before going to the airport you are required to call the hotel before you even arrive to schedule a shuttle. Also, this hotel is not a park-and-fly, meaning you cannot leave your vehicle at the hotel and shuttle to the airport. This was not stated anywhere on their website and the lady at the front desk didn't even inform us of this until after we had already scheduled the shuttle and then asked her where we should park our vehicle for the week. She responded as if we were idiots and as though we should know that this was not an option, despite their website only stating that they offered a free airport shuttle, with NOTHING about not being able to park your vehicle there. Not sure what the point of an airport shuttle is if you can't even leave your vehicle at the hotel. I would give the hotel a better rating if it were just for the information conveniently left out of their website regarding the airport shuttle, but because of the way the lady at the front desk treated us it's simply not deserved.
