Unfortunately our most recent visit was quite disappointing. We had two rooms on the third floor, facing College Avenue. It's a city, so traffic and people noise is to be expected, and has never been an issue. In fact, the location of the hotel is usually a plus. This time, both of our rooms were awoken at 2:00 am by pounding bass from a food truck. When we called the front desk, the response was that they usually leave by three am. Not what you want to hear when you have a five hour drive in the morning. The manager eventually agreed to ask them to lower the volume, but the food truck apparently opted not to because we spent the next hour listening to pounding bass. This is obviously a regular location for the food truck so if you choose this location, I would recommend requesting a room on the inside of the hotel or overlooking the courtyard or just staying elsewhere if you would prefer a full night's rest.

Not very helpful.

I had some serious indigestion after midnight and the front desk was unable to help aleviate it. Their store was wholely inadequate and the evening front desk guy barely got out of his chair.

Perfect place to stay in Appleton. Right in downtown. Across from the Performing Arts Center. Easy parking. Room was comfortable and quiet. Had a lobby coffee shop and bar/restaurant. The funniest thing was the lower level pool which you could see from the lobby through a glass cover ā€¦ very entertaining to watch the kids splashing around.

Updates rooms are nice. The room we had experienced very little water pressure. So low it was not an effective shower. The larger shower head had no more than a trickle with all of the water switched to come out of that one head. Shoveling and snow clearing was poor around the properly making it unsafe goi f to and from the parking ramp.

Very bad first impressions.

When we got their. The room was a total mess and unfortunately we did not think to take pictures. We had to remind the front desk twice to get our room ready. The rest of the stay was fine.
