Room was clean. Bed very comfy. My only complaint with the room is the bathroom lighting is terrible. So dim in the bathroom! The hotel bar and especially bar staff were fantastic! Steven and Harmony were super friendly, fun and welcoming! We stay there a lot and last year we had a negative experience in the bar with last call being called at 8:00 with a bar full. We like the amenity of a hotel bar so we were very pleased to see the change in staff.

Our stay was pleasant and peaceful, with a convenient central location near many attractions. The room itself was nice, though we did notice some cleanliness issues, specifically popcorn and kernels on the floor, suggesting it might not have been vacuumed. Aside from that, it perfectly met our requirements!

The place is beautiful. We've stayed here before. This time sadly, we had to ask for cookies, the hot tub wasn't working and we were a tad sad to see amenities like breakfast at such a high cost. However, the hotel has clean nice rooms and we love the location.

The bed was so comfy and the room was really quiet! Best sleep I've had at a hotel in a long time. Would love if the hot tub had the option to increase the jets, just a warm tub otherwise. Would love a music option on the tv, Spectrum was offered and it cut out a lot when just having tv on. No option for Netflix or other streaming services.
