Very disappointing.
We booked this hotel because we wanted a hot tub. When we arrived, a sign said it was out of order. Big bummer since there were many other hotels we could have booked. When we tried to take a shower in the morning, the shower didn't work. I tried to call front desk but realized hand held piece wasn't connected to phone and didn't fit. So all-in-all, very disappointing stay.

Ten out of ten do not recommend
This place was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at Smells of rotten milk and poop in the room. Switch to different room to just have blood on the top sheet and blue stuff on the sheet. Hot tub did not work. It has not worked for over a year, but yet they still haven't advertised. Very unhappy with this place. Do not go to this hotel

The hot tub does not work and looks like it hasn’t worked in a long time. Both ice machines don’t work. Juice machine does not work. Asked for an extra blanket and was told they don’t have extras to give out. I would only give this place a half stair. I would not recommend staying here. They are running this hotel into the ground.

The hot tub was not working and neither was the ice machines. But our room was amazing and we couldn't beat the price. It was a rather pleasant visit overall.

got to our location and it was locked. we did not get any notification ahead of time. something was wrong at the hotel and it was closed. they did find us a different room at a Best Western about 8 miles away and posted that information on the door.

Upon Arrival for check in the hotel was closed due to fire system issues. Thats ok but there was no communication telling us prior to arrival and we were booked into a different hotel.We went to the other location and got into a similar room but although the room was clean and decent the bathroom fan did not work along with the built in usb chargers by the bed. The fireplace was non functional and the tv by the whirlpool tub was missing the remote. the buttons were broken on the side also. The staff was semi helpful but couldnt really do anything about any of it. We also were greeted with Marijuana smoke coming from the vents in the bathrrom from one of our neighboring rooms. overall it was a unplesant experience. the americinn we were supposed to be in was booked on purpose as thats where we got enguaged semi on accident. Bad weather and limited room availability in the area led us there as a last min decision to stay otherwise we have a preffered location we go to but it was not available. She found the ring when we were going through our bags i had just picked it up earlier that day and didnt hide it well enough i guess. so it happened there and we have made that a thing for that weekend since. we book that room and do the same dinner ect. Had we known the room wasnt available and the hotel was closed we would have went to our normal hotel and not done any of the things we did.Very dissapointed.
