4 bed Luxury Villa - Private Pool, Large Jacuzzi, Pool Table & Table Tennis

Note - We live in a quiet residential area, so noise is requested to be kept at a minimum, after 10pm.

The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to each guest arrival.
We have installed a hand sanitiser station on entry to the villa.

Our private villa features: Private Swimming Pool - Separate Children’s Pool – Large 7 seater Jacuzzi Spa - Pool Table, Table Tennis - Large Furnished Roof Terrace with great views.

The villa is light, airy and spacious with all the modern comforts you would expect from a luxury holiday experience including high speed Wi-Fi, 40" Smart TV with IPTV (UK Channels), a large DVD library, books and games.

Within Villa Mimosa there is a spacious lounge and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen for all your dining needs. We have 2 double bedrooms, and 2 twin bedrooms, a large family bathroom with separate shower, and en-suite bathroom to the main bedroom.
Room to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably.
We have catered for the younger guests, by providing 2 cots, 2 bed guards, highchair, step up stool, booster seat, baby chair/rocker, 2 stair gates.
We supply Bath and Pool Towels.

Outside there are many seating areas by the pool, for you to relax and enjoy the sun. You can also enjoy the views of the golf course, and coast from the large sun terrace, where we have further seating for you to holiday whilst making it cost effective.

Please Note - The pool is heated as part of the cost from 1st Nov - 31st March.
There is a charge of £120 per week if the pool is required to be heated outside of these dates.

As we are a fully touristic licensed and legal property, it is a Spanish legal requirement that all guests are registered with the Guardia Civil, via a Check in Scan, prior to arrival.

Excellent property in a lovely quiet location. 7 of us enjoyed a fantastic stay in Villa Mimosa. Everything went without a hitch and the welcome book was very helpful for any questions we had. The villa was clean, spacious and equipped well.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Mimosa. We found the place immaculate throughout, hugely well equipped with everything you need and having travelled with two teenagers, the additions of a pool table, table tennis, various games and DVDs were much appreciated.Location-wise, it was around a 15/20 minute walk to a large shopping centre with a supermarket holding everything you need. There are also a couple of nice little restaurants in the same vicinity. To get to the main area of Caleta De Fuste was a further 20/25 minute walk, but a nice one along the beach and a taxi to and from the villa to this area was only around 4 euros. Communication throughout the booking was perfect, both from the property owners and the management company. So a big thank you to you all for such a great stay!

Lovely villa in excellent location

We stayed over Christmas with our children. The villa was just what we needed, well equipped and very clean. The hot tub was fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on the roof terrace.

This is not a luxury villa - we had countless bad experiences - hot tub had no cover so didn’t heat up and didn’t stay clean; swimming pool didn’t heat up so had electricians and maintenance around first few days; furniture inside and out definitely not luxury, electrics kept tripping, neighbour next door made our holiday miserable and was aggressive and abusive shouting at us - was really awful - the gardens and outside area were pretty and pool table and table tennis table but seriously you couldn’t have fun or make any noise because of the neighbour - we won’t be returning

Villa Mimosa

Lovely spotless clean spacious villa, in a quiet residential area. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Having beach towels, hairdryers and hair straighteners was fab, means less to pack! The kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals and little dishes and glasses for outside pool use. Outside has plenty of seating areas for eating out and sunbathing or just relaxing in the sun. Just a short walk to the supermarket and shops. We would definitely book again.

Perfect villa

The villa was absolutely perfect for us and our family. Plenty of room inside and out, plus the added bonus of the hot tub, pool table and table tennis. We hired a car and so the resort centre was a very short drive away with plenty of restaurants and a lovely beach. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Just returned from a five night stay with friend's! The villa is amazing...exactly as advertised and has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. The roof terrace was perfect for catching the last bit of the days sun and the pool was lovely and warm. The jacuzzi was a brilliant bonus to the property and definitely added to our plan of relaxing. The area itself is perfect...so peaceful with shops and resturants within walking distance..a taxi back from the supermarket was just €3...Communication from the owner from start to finish was prompt and I am so so glad we chose this vila for our girls holiday. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Excellent Villa in Excellent Location

From arrival to leaving, everything can be classed as first class. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and as there were no guests leaving we were on the villa 20 minutes after leaving the airport. The communication both with the owner prior to arriving and the manager on arrival was nothing short of perfect, nothing was too much trouble, the manager gave us detailed information on the area, property and our responsibilities to others, specifically no loud music after 10 pm, we did have music on after this time but at an acceptable level so no issues whatsoever. The villa itself is beautiful and spacious, no issues with any room, the outside space and roof terrace were perfect, this can also be said about the pool and the jacuzzi, the pool was cleaned regularly. The accommodation was not only clean but also modern, beds and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchen was more than big enough for the number (6) of people in our group with more than enough seating/sunbeds for all of us. I cannot recommend this property enough, the location is far enough out of the centre for it to be quiet but not too far to have to use taxis consistently.

We spent three weeks at Villa Mimosa and, genuinely, couldn’t fault a thing. The property was perfect for my family and friends. We were seven in total for one week, with my family of four for the full duration. Plenty to keep kids entertained (including good Wi-Fi for all the streaming!), the pool table a particular hit! The villa was immaculately kept, Tony (property manager) was in regular contact albeit we didn’t need him really for anything. All in all, a great villa in a great location. Would recommend extremely highly and will definitely be back!

Great family holiday

Pros * lovely pool (barely used though as was so cold, definitely get pool heating) *amazing hot tub * spacious villa * good location *every item needed for cooking, literally everything *very comfy matresses *great showers * lots of sunbeds (nice comfy ones) Cons *cant make noise after 10pm, slightly ruins your holiday as too scared that the neighbours will complain...this should be on the listing not just told when you arrive. The guest book has comments about neighbours calling the police and quite a few complaints about noise so we were on edge about music and the times. *pillows were rock hard, like sleeping on bricks but the quilt and mattress were very good. * pool heating. We were advised not to have it but some days we couldnt even get in as far too cold. Could have added after 4 days but we know it takes 2/3 days to fully heat so wouldnt be worth it, thankfully we had the hot tub. Overall it was a lovely holiday but could have been better had we known about the noise restrictions and actually using the pool. We visit every year and have been at least 20 times in last 15 years but wouldnt book this villa again.

Such a fantastic property with everything you need for adults and children.

This property was such a delight to stay in. It had everything we needed. Swimming pool and hot tub for the adults, little splash pool for the children. There was enough space for everyone not to be on top of each other. The children were well catered for with everything they needed from highchairs and booster seats, to bowls plates and cups. A couple of recommendations would be that the decor needs a bit of an update. Having looked at other villas which are more modernly designed, you can see the difference in decor and furniture. Being able to accommodate 8 adults, it was noticed that there was only a couple of flute glasses so all the adults that wanted it, couldn’t enjoy a glass of Prosecco at the same time. Not a massive issue but it needs enough kitchenware for everyone. All that being said we would 100% book again at this villa. Thank you very much for having us.

Me my wife and 3 children stayed here for 7 days and enjoyed every moment, well needed for all the family to unwind and relax and this villa allowed that, we spent hours and hours in the pool wishing it would last forever... until next time. Great Relaxing Break

The Villa was exactly as presented online and was very clean and well appointed. The check in process was excellent with a phone call as we collected our luggage and 15-20 mins later in a taxi for less than €20 we were met by Tony who showed us around and explained things inc. pool and hot tub. The villa is 20-25 mins walk to the very nice Centro Atlantico which has a great supermarket, boutique shops and cafes which was OK on day one but might be a little taxing in hotter weather or less able people. We usually hire a car but thought no need this time which is OK if staying the Caleta De Fuste area as there are ample taxis all for less than €5!! If you want to venture further up or down the coast then a car really is required. Pool was a little cold as still April but we all went in and with the hot tub then no problems as it was a brilliant spa!! Lazing around reading and on "tech" was just what we needed as good wi-fi and loads or room around the villa. With a pool table and table tennis more energy could be expended before a pool side shower, plunge into the pool then back to the hot tub!! Taxis into Caleta De Fuste on evenings we ate out delivered plenty decent meals and pubs for drinks. For a little more up market evenings the golf club (worth a round as well!) and the Sheraton offer lovely surroundings and a more refined ambience. All in all a great villa, trouble free break and came back very relaxed and happy to recommend Villa Mimosa

Beautiful Villa with lovely owners

Family of 5, and extended family. A beautiful villa located along the golf course in caleta de fuste maintained to a very high standard. Everything we needed plus more was available at the villa. It was spotless and very well maintained. The outdoor dining and seating area was lovely and lit up beautifully at night. It is located in a very quiet area which suited us looking for a peaceful and restful holiday. We enjoyed the pool table which was a bonus to play in the evening. There were lots of board games and a wii which the kids and adults really enjoyed. The owners were quick to reply to queries and very pleasant to deal with. We were glad that we hired a car as it is a little further out from the main bulk of restaurants and shops. However, taxis seemed plentiful around the area. We had some lovely meals out in restaurants recommended however our favourite was La Bodequita due to having a playground outside it was a hit with the younger guest and amazing Italian pasta and meat dishes for the rest of us. I hope that the season is a busy and fruitful one for these property owners, they certainly have put the love and effort into their villa and we wish them them the very best.

Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous!

This was my first visit to Fuerteventura having been to all of the other Canary Islands previously. The island is very quiet, unspoilt and beautiful. The location of the villa is in a quiet residential area near the golf course, away from the main tourist area of Caleta de Fuste but only a 3-5 Euro taxi ride away. We had no problems booking taxis directly to/from the villa (thanks to Google translate). The villa was beautiful and was fully equipped with everything we needed. Particularly enjoyed my morning cuppa on the verandah and my evening vino in the hot tub! For us (myself, husband and 13 year old daughter) there was absolutely nothing missing. We cooked, washed and BBQ'd (Eurospar 20 minutes walk/3 Euro taxi back) and there are also a number of very nice restaurants in Caleta de Fuste (Bar Oliver and Shivam Indian particularly). This was booked to be a quiet, relaxing holiday and did not disappoint. I would definitely book Villa Mimosa again if our travels take us back to Fuerteventura.

Two families of Four, had a week in the Villa which was lovely and spacious, plenty of places to sit, eat and sunbathe. Nice welcome pack of some beers and wine in the fridge on arrival which was a nice touch. Owners very communicative both prior to and after the holiday. Terry who maintains the villa was also friendly and easy to contact if needed. The Villa also had all the amenities needed. We had a lovely relaxing week and would definitely go back to Villa Mimosa.

Amazing holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Villa Mimosa - the kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. It was close to the beach and there was lots to do nearby. We drove up to the water park and to the Corralejo sand dunes which were beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. Would highly recommend it!

Too far out

The property was fine but I wouldn’t class it as a luxury villa. The information stated that there would be condiments, spices etc at the premises but there was non of that. There was a welcome pack of wine, beer and milk but the fizzy wine had an average price in £’a of under £1.50 a bottle! It was ideal for our grand children but I had to chase the property manager to check/ clean the pool. He stated on the first day he would be checking the pool every 2-3 days but it was 5 days before he came. He told us that the hot tub was cleaned and had Fresh water for each guest but there was sand in It and I would suggest that it it physically impossible to empty, clean and refill that size of hot tub in the 6 hour turnaround. And finally it was situated a little too far from the shopping area and when we tried to ring a cab on the number given in the house book they couldn’t understand the address despite me trying to spell it.

Fantastic villa, home from home. Quiet neighbourhood. Everything provided.

My family and I stayed at villa mimosa the last week in March 2019. Tracey and terry we’re both very helpful and communication was no problem, speedy replied from both. Both are very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Terry was round a couple of times on our stay to make sure pool/hot tub levels were suitable and was always polite and chatty. The welcome pack when we arrived was very generous, cold beer and wine chilling in the fridge for our arrival was just what we needed after a long time travelling. Everything you would need has been provided for, right down to portable speakers, hairdryers/straighteners, ironing board, cool box and packs, loads of books and board games, pool toys and inflatables and anything else you would expect to find in your own home. The villa is a very short drive from the airport on the golf course estate so there isn’t much traffic going by, it’s very quiet. The neighbours are quiet and always say hi. The hot tub is so relaxing when it gets a bit cooler in the evening and is a great addition to the villa. The pool is great and with a small kids paddling pool it was great for us with two little ones. The villa has a great layout and room enough for all 8 of us. The roof terrace is another great space for chilling during the day with seating and sun loungers up there. The outside dining table and couches are slightly shaded which is good for when it gets a bit too hot. Overall every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay 100% with zero complaints from any of our party. I can certainly see us booking up for next year. No privacy, faulty electrics, dirty pool, dirty spa...

We stayed here at the end of Oct 2018. We chose this villa for the pool and the other facilities including the kitchen and tumble dryer. Imagine our surprise when it turned out there was no tumble dryer and with the wet weather we ended up trying to dry clothes in the living room. From the first day the electricity cut out if you tried to use e.g. the cooker and a hair dryer. This was reported the first evening to the property manager and his reply was, "Well don’t use the hair dryer." Later in an email to the owner he said, "In my humble opinion I really didn't see the hardship in walking 5 or 6 paces to flip a switch." and " I also don't see the hardship in asking not to use a hair dryer when using the oven, maybe I am wrong on this one but we very rarely have guests in the villas we manage using the oven they usually dine out." Well, having stayed in villas across Europe, USA and Australia we ALWAYS use the oven. The electricity cut out multiple times over the week we stayed and an electrician was only brought in, according to the property manager, after we had left. The owner would not consider our complaint about the electricity because it was not reported to her while we were there despite the multiple conversations with the property manager about it! During the week we had 1 announced visit by the property manager, on the second day, and a further 4 days unannounced - that left us with no sense of privacy. His email to the owner regarding this stated, "When renting a private villa with a pool and hot tub the guests should realize that checks need to be completed and how often depends on how many persons are in the villa and also I use my best judgement as regards to the type of people we have in the villa." Were we the ‘wrong type of people?” Then there was: the cloudy pool on arrival; the gardener digging up the garden around the villa for several days; arrival of 7 tonnes of stones for the garden, letting the gardener go to the toilet and, finally, the dirty spa which was blamed on us for not showering to remove sun cream - it rained every day and we didn't have the chance to use any! We did receive a 'goodwill' a partial refund for the missing tumble dryer - the inclusion of the tumble dryer in the list of facilities was blamed on the HomeAway website. Would we stay here again? Never!

From stepping out of the taxis to the villa and walking around all we could say was oh my god. 😍

This villa is like home from home. We all settled in from the beginning. We had 4 children aged 10 and 6. Everyday I heard I love this place. This is the best holiday ever. The pool was amazing. The hot tub was a present added attraction and the roof top views are amazing to watch the sun rise and set. A short walk took you to a spa supermarket with everything you need and very well priced. Taxis back from there is only around €4. Taxis from the airport is only €15. Took about 20mins. Further on along the beach are fabulous resturants and bars. Our favourite was fadeo rock that do amazing steaks. The atmopshere is amazing in there. There is a little cocktail bar across the road that do very generous measures. We went out every night for dinner and didn't once have a bad meal. I would definitely return to furtuventuria. Villa minmosa is already booked for our available dates next year but would definitely return if we get the chance. Terry was always at hand with any problem or questions we have. And George the gardener was lovely. All in all a memorable holiday that we couldn't fault.
