The room was cery cold and wasnt heating up and was going up 1 degree every 10 minutes and had a wrench on the screen and the room itself was very small and its wild to me that every other hotel ive stayed at you can have a guest and here you couldnt and waht was supposed to be the breakfast area seemed very small as well as the pool and eneded up booking another hotel and staying there

Requires a deposit to stay and they don’t tell you till you check in , then the staff is required to inform you that it may take up to 7 business days to get it back only after you’ve paid for the deposit. Now keep in mind you just showed up for a reservation you made in advance so now finding another room anywhere is not only nearly impossible but you’ve already paid for the reservation and the unmentioned required deposit. Then when you check out it’s apparently the staffs job to inspect room at time of check out to only find something wrong like “ it smells like cigarette smoke in the room” in which I promise y’all there was No smoking in that room, too unable a forfeiture of your deposit. Then if by chance they release the funds to your deposit their back is so unrecognizable that it takes 3 weeks for your back to release you the funds. Now with that being said just hope you didn’t need that money to feed your kids, yourself or even to get gas to return home which is more than a hundred mile’s away. SO THAT WAS THE WORST Stay I’ve ever had anywhere

Our room was large enough for the five of us. One thing that could be more helpful would be to have a desk person on duty at night. We called the number that was provided at the desk for assistance and no one answered. Everyone likes an actual person on duty at night!
