We went during the lower season. Of the advertised 5 al la carte restaurants only 1 was open, and then it was only open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The entire beachfront area was under construction and was closed. Felt like they misrepresented their facilities open at this time. Truly dissappointing

Service from all staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly that worked here. However we felt there was little entertainment in the evenings even with it being winter season. Also would have been nice for the other restaurants / bars / patisserie to be open to truly get the full experience.

Very large all inclusive resort similar to Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. The room is a good size. The meals are complete. All the staff are very cooperative.

Great hotel - Admin communication non existent

Lovely hotel. Great staff. Good food. I think I left a fitbit 5 charger in our room. However, I emailed the customer services department, via their website page link. The email was sent over a week ago but I have not had a reply. I have still given the actual rating they deserve as the hotel and the hard-working, attentive staff at the hotel shouldnt be downgraded because the Customer Relations department cannot be bothered to respond to an email.

The hotel is good, but unfortunately most of the stuff the need training on how to communicate with the guest. ( they don't care to do their job) for example we kept telling the working stuff that the blow drier in the ladies changing room where is the sauna is not working for 5 days, and every day they say they will fix it but they never did, also the water temperature for the indoor pool supposed to be 28 degrees, but unfortunately it was maximum 25 degrees, Also the stuff they said ( it is not their job to fis the water temperature)
