Kış mevsimi hava koşullarına uygun bir otel değil. Yağmur yağdı ve iki gün asansör çalışmadı. İki bebekle 3 kattan elimle bebek arabalarını ve bebekleri indirmek zorunda kaldım. Her yer göl gibi su oldu. Yemek yemeğe gitmek için her defasında ayaklarımız ıslandı. Ayrıca spa bölümündeki görevliler hiç ilgilenmediler. Spa bölümündeki çalışanların Türkçeleri nerdeyse yok. Oda çalışanları ve oda temizliği iyidi.

The indoor pool is very small and poorly heated. You have to walk through an open area between the blocks and enclosed spaces. The food is good. The quality of the drinks is poor. Definitely not a winter hotel, but it could be for summer.
