We stayed for 7 nights. It had great dining options, bars and superb entertainment. My 5 year olds enjoyed the kids club and kids entertainment. Overall great place to stay for a family vacation. We also enjoyed the hamam and turkish bath, excellent massage too. Strongly recommend this resort ! Only feedback is regarding room cleaning which can be better.

A unique architecture, that makes you feel you're staying at a palace, spotlessly clean, a great entertainment portfolio with high quality shows, unbeatable food options, and the staff, they're simply perfect. An exceptional quality of service that I can't describe in words. Think about a huge dining centre that 2000 people can sit and eat at the same time, and dozens of waitress serving drinks for everyone, continuously less than 5 minutes, each time. All details are well tought ahead, and we will definitely have another visit asap.

It was the best holiday ever. We’ve reached the hotel on my birthday and receptionist (Ms.Cansu) realized after that she upgraded our room. Pool, restaurants, bars, toilets (nearby the beach) were clean and stuff were so kind. Night shows were excellent ! I recommend everyone to come here at least once. Great hospitality, lovely…

Overall, we had a great time in April and got lucky with the weather. We would gladly visit again which is rare for me! It is a large resort with very modern rooms, spacious and stylish. However, the towels and room cleaning wasn't regularly done and AC failed, as well as loud construction work behind block 4 during our time. The grounds are clean, lots of tiling and nice decor, domes, stylish lighting, props dotted around and bars in convenient places too. There are nice activities available as well as a kids club with soft play, playground and mini disco and games each night. There are various pools dotted around and very good kids and adults slides which was good fun. Need more sun umbrellas as certain areas had none. The amphitheatre shows were excellent. No glass drinks should be allowed as there were broken ones some nights. The spa was good but could do with a jacuzzi and steam room. Great food variety and quality. Nice patisserie place and ice cream always available. Sadly the a la carte themed restaurants are paid for. Sometimes it is nice to be waited on fully which is done at lower star rated restaurants for free. The beach was OK. Needs cleaner pebble free and more shading. Staff are mostly friendly and welcoming apart from a few. English comprehension isn't very good amongst most of the workers, so oftentimes had difficulty getting our drink orders or cleaning carries out correctly. Very good but needs some attention to detail on points mentioned.

We had a wonderful time and the hotel was spotless and very clean. Staff were friendly and attentive and the entertainment team were engaging and activities were good and varied. Food was fresh and lots of choice. Lunch at the beach restaurant was a lovely setting and friendly staff. Lots to do but also able to sit and relax by the pool whilst the kids enjoyed the water slides. Foam party was great fun and the pool inflatable was a big hit. Loved our evenings in the lobby bar upstairs playing cards and staff there were very good. Room amenities were excellent with soft drinks and snacks refilled daily and bathroom items also replenished. Room was a good size with a balcony and able to request room clean daily if needed. Although the piers were not open or a couple of bar areas this was understandable as it’s not main season and the areas were being done up/maintained. Shop onsite is expensive and would suggest bringing pool items/snacks for the kids with you. The spa was excellent and the treatments we had for both kids and adults were fantastic - would recommend. Also the use of the steam room, sauna and gym is included and we did this daily. This is a fab hotel and would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic holiday- great entertainment everyday - our kids loved the Rino club. Only negative was the fact that some guests were noisy late at night when coming back to room- there was also some construction work taking place on the next door resort which was nosey. We would certainly come back again!

First travel excursion agent completely lied to us when we purchased attractions. Very disappointed!!!! Restaurant personnel rude!!! Overall not recommended to stay at this resort.

Really nice hotel. Had 3 different swimming pool areas and beach so wasn’t crowding around pool for sunbeds. Night entertainment for adult and kids was great. Such a big hotel so spacious where you can do a lot of walking and other leisure/sport activities.
