Rude staff bad service.

The hotel is very good from inside but their service was so bad and not clean that much and the manager was the rudest person i ever met .imagine i checked in and found the toilet not clean ask them then the manager said i promise tomorrow we will clean it ,stay as it is today how rude he was ,but one person on the reception was very nice Mehmet thanks for him good person .other than that everything was rubbish and not as mentionned on their website .very disappointed.
