Staff were kind but we had a mishap on the first day. They needed to put us up in a lower tier hotel. You’ll need to manage expectations if you’re used to Mexico style all inclusives. Otherwise the food was decent. The gym was bare bones. English is not a dominant language. Worth staying if you’re in Antalya for whatever purpose. The process of obtaining a beach towel is a bit absurd, requiring a 10 Euro deposit. Beach area was a bit far from the hotel complex but a pleasant walk in any case by the boardwalk. Location is probably the best in the city. It’s about a 5 minute taxi to the old city or a 35-40 min walk along the boardwalk.

They do no wash the bathroom facilities, the place was filthy. Also i booked a room with a balcony and partial sea view, they refused to give me this room and instead made us stay in a standard room. So i paid more than what I actually should have.

Avoid this hotel

I came to this hotel for a few days with my mates, and we were honestly targeted. Room was dirty, pool was dirty, we somehow all got stung by a wasp in the pool and there were dead insects in the water. It was disgusting. The hotel staff do not care and will not tend to your needs. I am attaching a picture of a disgusting man, who shouted at us for walking around the lobby shirtless. We didn’t know there was a rule about not taking shirts off. He just fully screamed at us. We then went to sit in the lobby with our shirts on this time, and my friend was tired so he put his leg up on the couch (as others were doing, infact some people were sleeping on them) and the same staff member came and shouted at him to get up. We then refused and argued back as he was being disgusting. Avoid this hotel.

Terrible rooms , everything broken. Cleanliness is questionable. Advertised , entertainment, bars and nightclubs of which it has none. Wife booked a massage , next day showed up we were told the spa staff ran off, didn’t offer any compensation on what we already paid. 70 USD. Imagine being robbed at a 5 star hotel😭 Food is below average basically a prison eating schedule, if you aren’t there you don’t get fed. Room service non existent, the mini bar in your room doesn’t exist. It’s a ghost town and I see why. You will find yourself walking around alone in an empty shell of a resort that could’ve been good. I wish I had read reviews before staying here, I had already been in turkey for 2 weeks didn’t pay attention. All reviews are terrible. 1.5-2.5 star hotel max. 5 star hotel in the late 80s maybe.

A merely 3 stars hotel

The hotel is old, and it’s not a 5 stars hotel, mostly 3 with a pool. The staff is friendly. The room service will pass by your room and if you had the do not disturb sign they will never comeback even if they passed a 10. We left the room no later than 10 but they didn’t clean it for 2 times during our stay. The breakfast buffet is very poor, coffee is bad and the juices are powder not natural. Don’t use the pool because you will get a skin rash. The worst thing is the elevator, you spend at least half an hour of your day waiting for it. Believe me I’m not exaggerating.

Best hotel building with low quality meal

Worst breakfast ever had and not satisfied at dinner I would say the hotel building and utilities are probably one of the best even it was built at 1990! Would be better if hotel management invest more on kitchen
