Nice hotel or could be if staff were pleasant. Hardly any people staying there. apart from the nice girl in the bar area who was helpful and pleasant the rest of the staff seem miserable. there are seems to be lots of older men just standing around looking important but actually doing very little, they get food served to them at their table despite it being self service and dont even seem to say thankyou to the girl serving them. Must be a cultural thing!! No english tv whatsoever.

This hotel by far was one of the worst experinces i have had, got to our room with air con not working the key to the door they gave us did not lock the door so we had to keep the door open with our valubles inside, they tried fixing the lock but it kept getting jammed when ever we tried closing it, phone line dose not work on any of the rooms, we were on the top floor the elvaters only reached 2nd floor so at this point we had to keep going up and down the stairs, we asked for us to move rooms they said they did not have any availability left, but come back tomorrow at 12 and they will change our room, came back tomorrow they say the people have stayed extra day so they cant move us, they goes they would move us the next day come at 2 came at 2 they gave our room away, they advised to come back again the next day and they will move us by the time it was nearly time for us to go back so there was no point of moving was really contemplating just to get another hotel, we had 3 rooms altogether my grandad who walks with a wlaking stick was really hard for him to go up and down the stairs we just asked can they move him but they wouldnt even do that until nearly the last day which was no point, the cleaning lady every morning she was shouting and screaming over the phone at someone it was so loud, the food was terrible no variety theres is like 5 dishes too choose from and a salad area, some parts of the hotel was nice like the scenery

The property is located in a deserted area, the closest market is 20 min walk or $5 taxi ride, $10 to the city center, each way. Nothing can be purchased at the property, for every small need a ride to city or market is necessary. Food looks OK, but my partner and I suffered indigestion while stayed there. Cheapest local wine is served, charged $6 per glass if "all inclusive" option is not purchased. All inclusive at property costs 35 Euro, while on Expedia it is offered for $18. Property is also located very close to airport's runway, so every departing plane, which are hundreds a day flies above the hotel and makes guests look up due to noise. Blankets too small to cover two people, so additional were requested out of housekeeping hours and provided by the stuff, but they were used as had a strong smell of harsh perfume on one side and none on other. When reported to the general manager it seems like did not bother him much. While most members of hotel's stuff are very nice and polite, and treat guests with smiles, some others look at you like you owe them something, but provide service as required. Out of 3 pools only 2 deep enough for swimming, 3rd is 50 cm deep. Both have insufficient amount of umbrellas and daybeds for all interested. Usually all occupied after breakfast. While hotel provides a ride to the beach, the rides are inconveniently limited, just a few a day, with the last one at 6 PM without ride back to hotel. Definitely, we will never return.
