Went 1st March. Magnificent pool closed for 2 weeks to prep for summer. This wouldn’t have been too bad except the place was full of young/teenage German football teams who then crowded out the only other (not freezing cold) pool that you could swim in! This winding down also affected the non buffet restaurants- ie only buffet restaurant open most times. Avoid this place out of season!

This place is amazing, the meal selections are amazing and the spa and fitness center were great. I even got a fabulous haircut at the beauty salon. The only downside is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed chatting with "hero" aka Mustafa.The food at the buffet was excellent with a lot of variety. Saladin was a very attentive server. We stayed during off-season so the outdoor pools were not open. The indoor pool was not very big so it was a bit crowded.

Loved this resort! From a fantastic check in with Başak to checkout, we really enjoyed our stay. Great, fresh and varied food at all times of the day - never boring. Great ambiance, with fabulous live musicians - really talented flutist and acoustic guitarist, who really added to the atmosphere. Amazing scenery, flawless decor, super clean and safe. Try the Italian restaurant. It's lamb shank and steak are delicious. Special thanks to the lovely Başak for the amazing upgrade and to the wonderful Ellie in guest relations for the fabulous meal. Special mention of the lady on ice-cream and desserts - she always had a smile on her face - great service. Our stay wasn't nearly long enough. We can't wait to return. Highly recommended.

We decided to stay at a very nice, all-inclusive hote on this trip. Sadly, it was off season so a lot of the things were not available. I won’t hold that against the property because I understand there is peak & non-peak season….however, the lack of dining options in the off season was extremely disappointing. We stayed there for a week and the food choices were buffet, buffet, or buffet…lol. You get it. There were no other restaurants available besides the up charges for the Steak House, Japanese/Sushi, Italian restaurant, or Fish restaurant. A person can really only eat at a buffet so many times…by the time the week was over, I really didn’t even want to even look at the buffet. We did get reservations for the Steak restaurant one night. I just had some dental work so my mouth was still quite sore. So I didn’t even cut into my steak. I told the attendant to wrap it up for me and I would eat it later that night. She promptly took it away with the rest of the dishes & threw it in the garbage. When we were ready to leave, I asked for it and she told me she had thrown it away 😳😬. I was shocked! So we asked for the 30£ to be taken off the bill and was told we had to go to guest services for that. We did so and was pretty much told too bad. Not cool. Room serv was an extra charge which should have been free due to the lack of dining options-but there weren’t many options there either. Room was nice but odor from toilet/sewer was bothersome. Out of room for rest of review.

We stayed for 6nights, the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed we had a nice view of the beach from our balcony. We mainly only at the main dining restaurant for dinner, we wanted to try the steak restaurant but we left it too late and it was fully booked. There are plenty of food options and for the most part the food I tried was good. Even if you're a picky eater I'm sure you'll find something you like. We had lunch at the Italian and burger restaurant which was pretty nice. The spa facilities were great we had massages done and the Turkish bath which was a great experience. As it was relatively cold we didn't go into the sea. The hotel has a lot of facilities and things to do around the premises. There's an arcade which we visited a few times. The gym was amazing ! Very big and lots of great equipment one of the best hotel gyms I've been to. I'd definitely recommend staying at the Concorde hotel if you're in Antalya. It's also not very far from tourist attractions you might want to visit such as Kaleici and land of legends. The service was great on our last day we had an evening flight the team allowed us to use the facilities for the whole day with no extra cost as it was fully booked so we couldn't do a late checkout.
