We stayed in the presidential suite, this was very clean and comes with a lot of additional extras than a standard room (washing and ironing clothes, airport transfers, premium alcohol bottles in the room and fresh flowers and fruit platter in the room).
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was extremely impressed with Ozan who did his very best to accommodate all of my requests.
We traveled in the winter off peak season so unfortunately a lot of their services were closed (beach cabanas, one pool was not even filled and the cake and coffee cafe didn’t serve cake)
The hotel does have lovely grounds with a lot of things to do in the summer but in the winter months you can find other hotels in the area that have more services open.
The buffet was tasty but compared to other 5* hotels I have stayed at in Antalya this came across very basic with not as many food options.
This will not be an issue if you stay in the presidential suite as room service is included in the all inclusive. We had our dinner and breakfast in the room which was delicious and nice and private.
They bring more than enough food and we ate like kings and queens.
Overall this hotel is great value for money and a friendly hotel but if you are looking for a more luxury and grand 5* hotel I felt there are better hotels else where.
