Horrible experience! I booked this hotel with the intention to only sleep during night - a challenge that I could not pass. I had to book a new hotel and left. Although I booked a Family Suite, the room I was given was not like in the offer - I was given a tiny room that was basically a sauna with no chance too cool it down. Didn’t expect to enjoying staying at this property as much as I did. The staff here are hardworking, helpful and hospitable. I felt quite safe here as a solo female traveller. Food is good as well. For the price point, this hotel is good deal!

I liked the hotel, cleanness, breakfast. Unfortunately I didnt have chance to eat lunch and dinner at the hotel, but breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean.

The hotel was closed and under construction and renovation. They were not going to let me check in. Expedia lied and advertised the hotel was open when it was closed and not be open for another 3 weeks. I was absolutely depressed. They let me check in out of sympathy because I had no other money and not enough to stay in another hotel and neither they or Expedia have given me a refund or the option for them to pay for me to stay in another hotel. The swimming was not available. There was nobody there except builders and everybody was making a noise with all the renovations that was being done. It was dirty, messy, cluttered and even unsafe because there were tools everywhere. Expedia should have never have listed it as available to book whilst it was closed and under renovation and construction. It was a real nightmare

The hotel was ok, the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The show pressure was non existent so really frustrating to shower. The pool didn’t look clean enough to swim so not great. The food was good and had a good selection. We used this hotel as a stop off for 2 nights but not sure I would stay any longer for the price
