Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a tri-bunk bed with double below and single on top (single bunk is ideal for children). Big screen smart TV’s located in the Lounge Room, and 2 bedrooms. Unwind under the stars with an evening BBQ after sunset beach walks. Cook relaxed family dinners after a day at the beach. Centrally located bathroom with a shower, stand-alone bath and separate toilet. An outdoor shower area to help wash the sand off after a big day in the surf.

For the golfing enthusiast, the area is spoilt for choice, with Horizons and Pacific Dunes both spectacular 18-hole championship courses, and Nelson Bay Golf Course boasting an impressive 27-hole course.
