Ok if you just need a decent bed and nothing else.

The hotel was fine. The room was sufficient and clean. They advertised a full hot breakfast. The waffle maker was broken as was the juice machine. The hot food probably would not pass a temp test from the health inspector. The pool was closed for some reason. While that didn’t bother us, it was not communicated either. They welcome gift was a nice touch.

Was pretty dated, kind of dirty. No one at the lobby counter to greet us at check in, had to wait a bit for the clerk to return. Breakfast not great, many items that were supposed to be offered were not available (eggs, juice).

The room is clean, the bed and the bedding are comfortable. Breakfast is on the average. The reasons I gave 4 stars are: 1. The shower gel was empty. I called front desk and I was asked to go to front desk to pick up the soap. But my husband came back with 3 little tubes of shampoo and told me that’s all they have there. There is shampoo in the room. Actually it doesn’t bother me as I can use the soap in the washroom for one night. 2. The worst part is the noise of air conditioner. It sounds as loud as airplane taking off. We have to turn it off at night, but the room was hot without air conditioning.

Chose this property based upon the amenities only to find out the pool and patio weren’t available. They kept saying it was my fault for not seeing it in their website. I reminded them I booked through Expedia and there was no Luis g mentioned. They said that was my fault and to call Expedia.

Questionable stay

There for 1 week, never got maid service, no clean towels, no more tiolet paper, pool not working, no eggs for hot breakfast 4 out of 7 days, bathroom had hair on floor and tub when we checked in, garbage not emptied all week, no fan in bathroom so towels never dried, too moist in there, shower curtain kept sliding to the middle of rod while showering, air conditioning unit was super loud, hardly shut off
