Charming unit located in the New Girdwood townsite. A great spot to enjoy all things Girdwood including restaurants, parkland, the Crow Creek Mercantile and located adjacent the bike path. Moments away from Alyeska resort this unit is ''vintage'' and priced less than a studio condo near the lifts. Unit features include wood fireplace and Rinnai direct vent wall mount furnace. Association allows nightly rentals. Association amenities include on site laundry, sauna, and a common area lawn in back of the building.
Girdwood is a small Alaskan mountain town that sits amongst lush forest and is surrounded by the peaks of the Chugach Mountain Range. It is conveniently situated only 36 miles (61km) south of Anchorage, Alaska’s largest metropolis with an international airport. Our stay was so comfortable and quiet! After a day of hiking, we wanted a nice place to relax and find some food. The restaurant next door was great and there’s a brewery right down the road. Next time we’re here, I would love to stay again!

The bed was comfortable, the building itselt is outdated and smells musty or something. Reminded me of a college dorm as the people above us wete ectremely noisy all night very heavy feet ( not the owners fault) we walked to and feom dinner felt safe. She has the necessities which is super helpful

The apartment is situated perfectly for getting supplies at the mercantile or going out to eat. We could walk to the playground. The children loved this "fancy house". There was a toy chest of creative play toys. The bunk bed was a hit as were the super soft blankets. We also had a dog with us. She slept the whole night in the dog bed and figured the dog bone was left just for her.

Felt like home!
This is the most well equipped condo we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything from coffee to spices and pancake syrup. We loved the location right next to the grocery store and several tasty restaurants. Also, the beds were super comfortable. Our family of 4 would definitely stay here again.
