When we booked it was breakfast included. Front desk forgot to give us vouchers. We didn’t get breakfast. In the room, the body wash was empty. Only realized it after I got in the shower. Those two things were disappointing but our overall stay was very pleasant.

When checking in they didn’t show I had a reservation so they wanted me to call Expedia to see if I had a booking for this place. They eventually found it. Breakfast buffet was an additional charge-never been to a Hilton Garden Inn where breakfast was not included in room rate. Probably would not stay w them again.

The young lady checking us in got our rooms switched with another reservation. We were woken up at 11:30 PM when the other party tried to check in and had to go down to the front desk to sort everything out This was after traveling for 16 hours and having been up for 24. The pool was closed for maintenance which disappointed out daughter.
