Nothing too exciting. Front desk clerk was not at desk upon arrival, but was professional and friendly. Rooms were clean and suited our needs after a full day of travel. Easy to tell the Shuttle van is much used - and appreciated by travelers.

Quick check-in process, staff was pleasant. Room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Took a second to figure out how to work the remote control double blinds, directions printed out somewhere wouldve been helpful. Only issue was i could hear the person in the room above ours walking around their room in the very early morning. Woke me up and it was hard to go back to sleep. Hallway sounds from other travelers were audible also. Overall was still a nice place to stay.

Only ok.

Two major issues. First, the AC unit vibrated so badly that it woke us up when it came on at night. We tried putting a chair against it and a shoe on top but it only helped minimally. Second, the only way to get pressure in the shower was to put it on very hot. If you moved the nozzle to warm water, the water trickled out. The personnel was wonderful, especially Jake.

The hotel was nice, and the staff was great. Some areas (not in the rooms) could use updating and maintenance, but the lobby, workout facilities, and room were very nice and clean. All roads off of the main streets leading in and out were in horrible shape and there is a lot of construction and trash around. I really enjoyed my quick stay here . I have to say they have the best shampoo and conditioner complimentary in the showers . I normally don’t use the “ little bottles “ but these were nicely hung up and I ended up needing them . My hair hasn’t felt this clean and nice in awhile , i’m so impressed i tried to find it on Amazon . Hoping is the same stuff . I liked the lotion and body wash too and soaps , all of there products . Not sure if Hilton hasn’t found their “ go to” for marketing but let me tell you it’s a huge hit for.
