Found a dirty towel and trash under microwave. Air mattress had a hole in it. Shower flooded the bathroom. Could hear everything upstairs-walking back and forth all hours of the night/early morning. Friendly staff was the best part.

Clean cute rooms

Room was very clean, cute, fridge, microwave and 2 bottles of water as well as the standard coffee. Only note is that my car was broken into in the parking lot. Not really their fault but of note for guests: don't leave anything of value in your car.

Cute bar/lounge area with fun nooks for hanging out and playing pool, games, etc. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The only downside was my friend’s car getting broken into overnight in the parking lot, despite cameras and a security guard on duty. Lock your cars and park out front!

I liked the security of needing the room key to access the floor from the elevator. Also it was a nice modern design. Pool and gym were both clean and appealing.

About 30 mins after we arrived maintenance knocked and walked into our room. Didn’t wait for us to call them in or answer the door. They apologized and everything was good. Then about 3 and 1/2 hour after we arrived housekeeping just walked in. No knocking or anything. Now we should’ve engaged the locks after the first time, but we forgot and usually only do that at night while sleeping. Won’t make that mistake again. We let the front desk know but we felt like nothing was really done. The second time it happened we were indisposed. We left our kids at home so we wouldn’t get walked in on or have someone knocking on our bedroom door during sexy time. About an hour after all of that house keeping knocked on our door after we had the do not disturb sign on the knob, at least they waited for us to answer this time. They said they were sent because we requested towels and water. We did not. So they’re communication among staff needs some help if something.
