Place has become run down since we last stayed 5 years ago. Some lights did not work, sliding door stuck, odd assembly of cutlery and plates, how to tell who staff were because there was no uniform, staff at from desk had heads stuck in phones. Sad state compared to our first visit which was great.

The room was spotless and very big. Despite being the noisy room overlooking the street we had no issues with it. My only concern, lovely and friendly as they were was room service was too early and they walked in too soon to get to the door. A simple sign on the door to say we didnt need it would have helped. We would happily stay again.
