Room was very nice. Staff was friendly and attentive. Only downside was the restaurant, which we tried to use but after 20" from being seated, no one ever showed up to serve us , even though we were one of only 2 occupied tables

We arrived early in the morning and check in wasn’t till 4, so they found a room for us to change to that we could check in at 10am which helped us out so much! The rooms were clean, so spacious, and the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. There are lifts for easy access everywhere, which is rare in Amsterdam! Amazing stay and wouldn’t choose any other hotel - will definitely be coming back to this one every time! Location is amazing too, only 10-15 minute walk to Dam Square.

Very close to Amsterdam Train Station. About a 15m walk. You can catch a train from the airport. We trained and flew out of London afterwards and caught the Eurostar Train. Then walking 2 min straight from the front of the station is the srart of a tourist area.. Hotel.is quiet as not close to a main road. Great views as basically on the water. Very friendly and helpful staff as well!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We were impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of the entire hotel. Our room was incredibly quiet, which made for a very restful night's sleep. The location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to see—and the room service was prompt, delicious, and a real treat. We will definitely be returning!
