Loved that the hotel was right next door to a big mall and provided a shuttle to the Golden Temple. All hotel staff were super professional and accommodating, from those who greeted us and assisted with our rooms, to those at breakfast. We were a family group travelling together and the hotel was kind in putting our rooms next to each other too.

Concierge staff member name Manak was vary rude and lack of customer service. He didn’t even bother to say hello . It was quite shocking for us .
