The staff were very courteous. The cleanliness of the bathrooms can be improved. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and mouldy.

The state of the room was terrible, stained carpet. The I was allocated was meant to be for a disabled person as result when one has shower the water would make its way to the room as a result there a strange smell of a damp carpet. Will not stay in this particular hotel again.

The room was spacious and the king size bed and bedding were very comfortable The bathroom was amazing, though the disabled facilities were not a requirement for our particular needs Overall, we were very happy there and will stay again in January

Housekeeping seems to have dropped. Checked in and the toilet was full of himan faeces. Asked to be moved, and the tub in the second room seemed to not have been cleaned when the previous guest checked out

I returned from a cruise and stayed for one night. The Hotel was lovely as always when we stay in a Holiday Inn nly downside was I had a late check out for 12 noon and after a problem with the eft me leaving my room with my hair wet

Good and comfortable stay with my kids. Nice options to eat nearby if one does not want to eat in the hotel restaurant. Good swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
