We were 6 in the property- grandparents, parents and children. The property was furnished to a good standard (all bedrooms are doubles but our boys shared a bed). Kitchen very well stocked. Novotel Fontainebleau Ury
Shower was not working. And when I brought it up to the reception, there was no reaction at all - No apologies, no action to fix it. It is the bare minimum we expect of a hotel to have a working shower and for some reason it is not working, then to get it fixed.
