Your place was fine, though, charging us $3 for a bottle of water when other hotels give you a free one seemed like a bush-league move on your part.

The pros: location, staff, breakfast was delicious with great options. Overall very safe & comfy vibe. The negatives: booked a king, got 2 queen room. On 4th floor which was pretty noisy and seemed the walls were paper thin. I could hear my neighbor playing a game on his phone. Room door deadbolt wouldn’t engage. To be fair, I never complained or asked to be moved. I was annoyed of the room difference and the non working lock but not enough to take action. I engaged the door latch and called it good. I plan to stay there on next trip as well.

Housekeeping needs help

The check process was great !! Mary & her co worker ( I think Vic) were amazing !!! We got to our room & as soon as my husband went to use the bathroom the toilet seat came off :( we called Mary & she immediately came to the room and switched us !! Great customer service:) the next morning ing as I was showering I went to use the shampoo & it was totally empty, not even a drop !! I had to get out of the shower & get dressed to go find housekeeping to get some. I understand people make mistakes, but honestly not one drip is ridiculous as well not telling someone e the toilet seat is broke . It was very clean but still broken.
