The hotel was pleasant, the main issue was that the room we were sold was a superior with a kind sized bed, however we received a room no bigger than a cupboard with a double bed. The room was clean and tidy, albeit a little worn. While there was a TV, there was only 3 working channels on it, which wasn’t ideal.

What a Lovely place
This was a romantic trip and was a lovely place to stay. Room was fresh and clean bed was alittle hard but overall a good stay would definitely recommend

Beautiful location and friendly staff. Bar could have been warmer on a very cold day. Disappointing no eggs or mushrooms available for breakfast but overall good value for money except wine very expensive for the location.

Hotel food was very nice. Bit of a wait but food was worth waiting for. Only problem was I paid on credit card when booking, then charged again when checking out. No answer when phoned hotel, hope to get my refund. Love the area and the hotel is perfect for the fells.
