Amazing location for outdoor people! We enjoy the country quiet and soothing sounds of the river. The house was very spacious! The property was big enough to hold my wife’s 50th birthday party which was around 40 people.

Don't expect much

Have rented many VRBO's and all were well equipped, not this one, No quality cooking equipment, had a charcoal grill you must clean but nothing to clean it with, foosball table with no foosball, ping pong table with no paddles, large spider webs in the bedrooms, charge an extra party fee to have a baby shower but no serving wear or anything available to assist holding a party just a few hundred extra dollars to have 20 extra people for 4 hours, limited supplies. We could not get the downstairs tv to work, we called they said they would send someone out, they did not come, we called back and they said "just use the one upstairs. Bring everything you could possibly need or expect to drive 20 minutes to the closest store. I could go on with details but you get the point. Grounds are beautiful and if it is just for a small family get away it is adequate but buyer beware if you try to have many people there.
