From the second floor terrace you can enjoy the sea view. The area offers renowned tourist destinations and beach resorts such as Palermo (25 Km) with its immense artistic wealth, Monreale (32 Km) with its beautiful cathedral and monastery, Cefalù (60 Km) with its fascinating beaches, Capo Zafferano (13 Km), a promontory with hat shape with spectacular views from Cefalù to Capo Gallo. Das Haus ist gut zu finden, die Lage ist für Ausflüge nach z.B. Palermo und Cefalù sehr gut. Für Palermo haben wir das Auto am Bahnhof Altevilla abgestelltund sind in 20 Minuten nach Palermo gefahren. Das erspart den Großstadtverkehr und Parkplatzsuche. Das Haus selbst ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, Küchenausstattung ist etwas spärlich wenn man ab und zu kochen will. Die Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Pool sind schön. Mehr Sonnenschutz wie z.B. ein Sonnenschirm wäre wünschenswert da auch die überdachte Terasse zum Teil in der vollen Sonne liegt. Leider waren die Nebenkosten sehr hoch, für 5 Nächte 185 Euro (!!), da waren wir sehr überrascht. Zwei Tage waren wir von Morgens bis Abends weg und die Klimaanlagen liefen da nicht! Wir haben nur Espresso gekocht . Es wurde Wasser/Gas und Strom berechnet. Leider habe ich den Zettel nicht fotografiert. Der Betrag wird gleich von der Kaution abgezogen.Wenn man das als Nebenkosten auf einen Monat umrechnet....... Zuhause hab ich gesehen das in der Anzeige steht: - Strom und Heizung exklusive- Wasser inklusiveDas geht mal gar nicht.In der anderen Fewo hatten wir für 9 Nächte weniger an Nebenkosten (135) bezahlt.

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni nella struttura, molto comoda e ottimale per una famiglia con bambini piccoli per la presenza della piscina. Abbiamo apprezzato oltremodo lo spazio esterno senza niente togliere a quelli interni, arredati bene e molto funzionali. Un grande grazie alla ottima lavatrice! La piscina ha dato tanta gioia sia ai grandi che soprattutto alle piccole! Grazie di cuore .
