The hotel itself has an old world charm and whilst a bit tired in areas it doesn’t detract from the stay. The room staff were a delight, very friendly and helpful and should be recognized. When bringing some items around the hotel to the attention of reception they were very responsive and auctioned things immediately. The main feedback is the lack of plant based options at the restaurants and the lack of attention by the F&B staff. No one was looking to see if they could provide service to the customer, eyes were averted and very slow to respond. They just need training. We would return.

"The staff in the pool and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent. The main pool needs maintenance. It has a lot of missing tiles which has caused injuries for my kids. The quickness to address the injuries was lacking. I expected more for a 5 stars resort."
