Staff was not very knowledgeable about what the charges were for , the room had a hole in the wall and they said it wasn’t there and kept my deposit if $100.00 the manager Mala was very rude to me when I tried to explain that the hole was already there. The room smelled ugly I had to use my own spray, the beds were not comfortable at all, I also think that room had bed bugs or something because since my stay I been itching a lot . I definitely will report it to the city of Alice asap

The room was in need of maintenance and cleaning. There was a dead lizard stuck to the door, the shower curtain rod was coming out, the toilet wasnt seated properly and it wiggled when u sat down. We could smell the room next to us which was 3 men and they need to learn what courtesy flushing is. The matress was so horrible the i only slept for a few hours each night and that was on heavy medication. I dont know how people get away with charging that much for a room when it is that bad. The only reason it isnt 1 star is because of 1 young lady who has been working overtime trying to get money for christmas.
