Nice modern hotel in good location, we’ve stayed there on Monday and Tuesday and unfortunately rooftop bar was closed on those days, there was still access to “pool”, pool was very small and not really that deep so could only get wet and cool down

The view from the rooftop terrace was beautiful; we could see the splendid Santa Barbara castle, its mountain, and partial view of the ocean. Sadly we were only there for one night, I would have like to have stayed longer in order to enjoy the hotel and the beauty of Alicante.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. The reception area and hallways were beautiful with white tiled floors and interesting lighting. The lifts worked well. I was extremely disappointed with my room. It was very basic, stark and unwelcoming. I was given a room for someone with disabilities, I am not disabled, even the toilet tissue was of extremely poor quality. When I pay over £100 a night, I expect to have a nice, welcoming room. In addition to this, I found the dining area very basic as was the food. I will definitely not use this hotel again.

Just a half block from a busy street but the room was super quiet, hotel was very modern, staff very nice. Breakfast was decent without being cooked to order. Easy walking access to part of town which was scenic and had many dining options, plus only about two blocks to a big sandy beach. Train station a10 minute taxi ride, airport about 25 minutes when we flew in. Good value hotel.

Amazing hotel!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, we enjoyed every moment there. It was so clean, the beds were so comfortable and the room was huge with a lush shower. The roof top bar had amazing views and the staff were fantastic, wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a beautiful suite hotel 1 block from the beach with an amazing view of the castle and in the heart of the city surrounded by great restaurants and services. A great choice.

The hotel is nice enough, I’m not sure I would give it 4 stars. The entrance is bright and clean and the location is close to sea front. Having paid for rooftop ‘pool’ access, we went up twice and once found it locked and the other time it was very busy, with people having drinks and as it was such a small space, did not feel like an inviting environment to want to get into what was essentially a large hot tub, I didn’t feel this was worth the money. Breakfast was pleasant enough, but lacked variety. The room itself was spacious with all the typical amenities of a hotel room, fridge, iron etc, and while the whole property seems recently renovated, the shelve on our wall by the bed was slanting down and there was some ? Mould in the corner of the shower. The beds were hard, so if you like this probably ok, but one of the bed sheets had a large whole in them which just seems to show a lack of care or detail. Something I didn’t notice prior to booking is also the double bed is in fact two single beds pushed together, this would be fine but the beds slip apart and don’t stay put. Our room 306, was plagued with being able to hear all the water noise from neighbouring rooms, showers, toilets flushes, you name it we could hear it. The staff were courteous and greeted us every time we went past, they gave us a good map and information leaflet on arrival.

Great stay right near beach and castle. Super hotel, mist comfy beds... with extra friendly and helpful staff (shout out to lovely Brian on front desk fir helpfullness and dining info) and also lovely guy in bar and at breakfast who got us some fresh milk for the room (for free!) only tiny issue was our room had no fridge, but others in the hotel do. We parked under the hotel, easy but must arrange in advance, def would return we had a great time!!!

Staff was wonderful. The place was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was very nice as well. Loved that they had some vegetables along with yogurt and all the toppings needed. Wonderful stay. Also loved that check out was noon which allowed us to relax in the am after exploring the city.

Great City Break

We spend the Easter weekend at Odyssey Rooms. Great location and modern rooms. The rooftop bar is an extra highlight and staff are super friendly and helpful.
